Working Better Together: it\u2019s the philosophy that inspires and motivates everything we do here at ClearCourse, every single day.<\/p>\n

And when an opportunity to work better together emerges \u2013 be that with each other, our software platforms, or our customers and clients \u2013 we quickly explore just how viable an opportunity it is, and what it will add to our customers’ lives.<\/p>\n

That was precisely our thought process when we were exploring how we could make our Membership Services division even stronger and more compelling for our client base of associations, institutes, charities, and trade unions.<\/p>\n

Offering invaluable support<\/h2>\n

Since ClearCourse\u2019s launch back in 2018, we\u2019ve bought several software platforms that provide CRM and membership management services for member-based organisations.<\/p>\n

As tech solutions, they all have a key element we look for in potential acquisitions<\/a> \u2013 a need for payments<\/a> \u2013 and are an essential platform for membership organisations to run their day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n

From membership applications to renewals, member engagement to event attendance, every interaction is managed in platforms such as Millertech<\/a><\/a>, Silverbear<\/a><\/a>, Trillium<\/a><\/a>, Felinesoft<\/a><\/a>, Protech<\/a><\/a>, APT Solutions<\/a><\/a>.<\/p>\n

When APT Solutions joined ClearCourse, it brought with it a support service for its clients, which was known as Spectrum.<\/p>\n

Membership \u2013 it\u2019s what we do<\/h2>\n

Membership organisations often have peaks in their workflow workload; some periods of the year are far busier than others \u2013 think member renewals, annual conferences and the like.<\/p>\n

And those busy times bring with them a far greater admin load \u2013 meaning staff end up spending a lot of time behind a screen rather than in front of their members.<\/p>\n

Of course, it\u2019s all vital work that needs to be done \u2013 and APT Solutions had identified an opportunity to provide administration support for its clients whenever they needed it.<\/p>\n

If they needed support for a short period, who better to input data into the CRM than the team who were working on it and in it every single day? No need for training, no worries about incorrectly submitted data \u2013 just a reliable resource that could scale up or down depending on the need. Ingenious.<\/p>\n

When we looked at our Membership Services division as a whole, we could see the opportunity immediately. If APT clients needed it, so too would others.<\/p>\n

Months of market research \u2013 including focus groups with our customers \u2013 took place, all of which confirmed our instincts. Yes, there absolutely was an opportunity, and by working better together, we could provide an even more valuable solution to our clients.<\/p>\n

And so, ClearConnect<\/a><\/a> was born, with a clean, simple and striking aesthetic that complements the new ClearCourse and ClearAccept branding.<\/p>\n
