September 8, 2020

London 08 September 2020 - ClearCourse Partnership LLP (“ClearCourse” or “the Group”), a group of innovative technology companies providing useful, integrated software solutions, today announces the acquisition of FLG (“the Company”), an easy-to-use CRM platform that helps SMEs manage leads and automate processes. FLG becomes the 18th company to join ClearCourse, adding to the Group’s rapidly growing CRM offering. ClearCourse’s acquisition of FLG will provide the Company with further strategic operational direction and technological support.

Founded in 2007, FLG has built a reputation as one of the UK’s leading CRM platforms for businesses wishing to automate lead management without changing sales processes. The platform adapts and integrates into any business’s legacy systems to provide intelligent workflow solutions that enable the automated management of up to one million leads with touchpoints across the entire customer journey. FLG generates full audit trails of every interaction between clients and their customers or prospective leads whilst providing analytical data to allow for ongoing improvements to processes.

FLG employs 11 staff across product development, support, onboarding, and marketing in its two offices in Padiham and Manchester. The Company has a proven track record serving the financial services industry, with clients including Creditfix Ltd., Etico Group Ltd., and TFS Loans Ltd.

Like ClearCourse, FLG was founded with the ambition to do things differently and better, and the synergies between the two companies will ensure a successful future for both.
