Since joining the business in 2023 she has continued the growth trajectory of ClearCourse, with a particular focus on fostering a dynamic, inclusive culture where teams from all backgrounds can work together towards one unified goal.

Andrew joined ClearCourse in 2019 and played a key role in some of the company’s earliest acquisitions. With the majority of his career spent leading technology teams, Andrew brings a deep understanding of what’s needed to deliver products that truly resonate with their markets.

Over the past six years, he has helped reduce risk, control costs, and improve overall business quality, guiding ClearCourse’s evolution from start-up to scale-up through strong strategy and governance. He leads the technology and operations due diligence processes across M&A, ensuring acquired businesses are well positioned for scalable growth and smooth integration.

Jon joined ClearCourse in early 2026, bringing more than 30 years of technology leadership and deep expertise in the SME sector. Having worked across global brands and high-growth SME teams, he developed a passion for supporting small and medium businesses in a market that demands a strong focus on customers, reliable service, and decisions guided by data.

He leads and supports our brands to deliver accessible, mission-critical solutions that help SMEs create exceptional customer experiences, while ClearCourse software manages their core operations. With extensive experience evaluating and integrating acquisitions, Jon helps new businesses successfully scale within the group, while preserving the foundations that made them great.

Jess joined ClearCourse in 2021 as a HR Business Partner and moved into her current role in 2023. Since then, she has played a central role in shaping a people-first culture - one where individuals feel supported, valued, and set up to succeed.

Her work spans talent acquisition, employee development, and engagement, all aligned to ClearCourse’s broader strategy. With a strong focus on creating the right environment for teams to thrive, Jess ensures our people remain a key driver of business growth.

Tim joined ClearCourse as Group General Counsel in 2022, having supported the business as external counsel since its inception in 2018. He brings extensive legal experience across software, technology, and SMEs.

He plays a key role in protecting the Group through effective risk management, governance, and compliance, while enabling continued growth through pragmatic legal advice, well-structured deals, and strategic guidance to the leadership team. Tim has built a highly performing legal team whose collaborative approach has made them a trusted partner to all ClearCourse companies.

Mark has over two decades of experience in digital and card payments both in the UK and internationally. He played a key role in the UK's move to chip and PIN, and helped lead the mobile POS revolution alongside global innovators such as PayPal.

Since joining ClearCourse, his focus has been on embedded payments, delivering enterprise-grade solutions for the SME market. He has worked to ensure our payments solutions are an invisible but vital part of all our software platforms. Passionate about solving real customer challenges, Mark is dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation, ensuring SMEs receive the same high-quality payment solutions once reserved for larger enterprises.

Billy began his software career in 1985 before becoming the owner of a specialist CRM software business. With decades of experience developing tailored solutions for diverse industries he has a deep understanding of the operational needs of SMEs, and the value of industry-specific technology.

Today, he is focused on driving innovation, ensuring our field services products evolve to meet changing customer demands, and remain best in class, while empowering businesses to scale and succeed. Josh has built his career in retail with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. He began in ecommerce during the early days of the iPad, witnessing the rapid evolution of the sector driven by platforms like Amazon.

After selling his ecommerce agency to ClearCourse in 2022, he has broadened his scope by leading and collaborating with a diverse portfolio of retail brands across the group. Taking real pride in empowering people, Josh is dedicated to supporting brand leaders, driving growth for SMEs, and creating opportunities for talented individuals to shape the future of ClearCourse.

With over 25 years of experience in the golf and health club industry, Vanessa has built a strong foundation in creating solutions to aid business development, financial planning, and operational efficiency. With a deep understanding of the sector, she has a track record of achieving sustainable growth across both start-ups and more established businesses.

Passionate about supporting SMEs, Vanessa continues to implement growth strategies for sports and leisure brands at ClearCourse. Her collaborative approach to product development continues to drive tangible results for scaling businesses as she works directly with SME owners, demonstrating the power of partnership in driving success.

Kyle has built a career spanning 20 years focusing on developing digital solutions to improve clinic operations. As a founder of Blue Zinc - leading clinic management software - he has extensive health industry knowledge and understanding of the unique challenges clinics face.

Passionate about building a highly skilled team, he has continued to empower healthcare brands at ClearCourse, providing strategic direction, driving product innovation and nurturing customer relationships. Supporting some of the largest private healthcare providers across the UK and Ireland, Kyle continues to build solutions that improve operational efficiency for SMEs while delivering a better experience for their patients.

Matt has over eight years of experience working with hospitality and service-led technology businesses, focusing on scaling software solutions to support complex operations. He plays a key role ensuring hospitality brands work closely together, combining market-leading software with embedded payments to form a seamless end-to-end customer proposition.
