ClearCourse expands hospitality suite with acquisition of Kurve and its pointOne EPOS brand

LONDON, 28 April 2026: ClearCourse, a leading provider of industry-specific software and embedded payments solutions, today announces the acquisition of Kurve and its pointOne EPOS brand, a leading provider of self-service Point of Sale (POS) technology.

Kurve provides the hospitality sector with tailored solutions to improve efficiency while enhancing the guest experience. Its self-service kiosks, digital ordering solutions and specialist EPOS products support businesses from Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) and bakeries to cultural entertainment venues. Built with self-service at its core, the Kurve suite of products allows operators to increase throughput, grow revenue, and maintain full operational control and consistency across their estate, with the governance and visibility required by larger, multi-site businesses.

With rising wage costs and labour shortages pressing on hospitality operators, self-serve and digital ordering have emerged as the tech-enabled response, lifting average order value, shortening order times, and meeting a clear consumer shift towards digital ordering. Kurve’s tailored, self-service-first technology is positioned to grow alongside these tailwinds, underscored by QSRs posting the largest penetration growth of any major eating-out channel in 2025.

Kurve was built by people with deep sector knowledge, designed from the ground up to meet the specific operational needs of the businesses it serves. This acquisition extends ClearCourse’s hospitality proposition to existing customers and new categories, including quick service restaurants, bakeries, theatres, and cafes.

The acquisition serves as a critical step as the hospitality industry moves towards unified technology where software and payments operate as a single, seamless platform rather than disconnected point solutions. ClearCourse enjoys a well-established hospitality presence through brands such as TISSL, Rezcontrol and Giftpro. The acquisition of Kurve will create the opportunity to deliver a genuinely connected commerce experience extending across gift card redemption, integrated ordering journeys and self-serve, all underpinned by embedded payments within a single platform.

“Kurve’s outstanding reputation in the sector demonstrates the deep knowledge and expertise that went into building such leading products. They differentiate our offering in the hospitality sector, and we are excited by the natural integration points this partnership will bring.”
